Jessica is the Founder of Exit Factor, which works with entrepreneurs and business owners to increase the profit and value of their companies so they can exit in the future on their terms. In Partnership with franchise leader, United Franchise Group, Exit Factor has grown to become a national franchise, and she now mentors and manages franchise owners across more than 70 territories across the United States.
Over her career, Jessica has also been a founding partner in seven different companies, experienced multiple successful exits, and has completed 22 mergers/acquisitions personally. These businesses include Transworld Business Advisors, in which Jessica and her team are the #1 ownership team of the #1 mergers/acquisitions firm worldwide.
Jessica is an avid learner, entrepreneurial enthusiast, and business nerd. In addition to her professional certifications - CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary) – she has received education and certifications in the areas of Entrepreneurial Masters Program hosted by MIT and Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Jessica knows exactly what it takes for businesses to succeed and grow into valuable, sellable assets, and her overarching mission is to advocate for entrepreneurial growth.
She works mainly with business owners valued $25 million or under to build a company that provides time, money and freedom for themselves now and allows them to exit in the future for maximum value on their terms. Jessica also believes in successful partnerships—which is why Jessica and her husband Al are power partners in both life and business. They have figured out how to grow and sell successful businesses while being happy and successful in their relationship.
Personally, Jessica is originally from New Jersey but now resides in Dallas, TX with stops in Aspen, CO, Naples, FL, and Denver, CO along the way. Like any good Jersey Gir,l she is an avid Bruce Springsteen fan and has been to over 50 concerts in 3 different countries. She resides at her home in Texas with Al, her son, and their two dogs.
