With over 25 years of experience as a C-level executive and senior leader in large multinational firms, roll-up mergers, and startups, Fred has advised both midsized founder-led companies and large global corporations across various industries. Fred began his career as an attorney specializing in commercial, estate planning, and tax law. Fred’s business training includes a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Pace University and the completion of the Executive Development Program at Columbia Business School. In addition to his CM&AA and CEPA certifications, he is also a Board-Certified Coach (BCC) and a Certified Leadership Coach.
