Al and his wife, Jessica Fialkovich, first experienced business ownership when they bought and sold their first company right out of college. That journey revealed the challenges alongside the opportunities of exiting a business, inspiring them to create a better, more strategic process for entrepreneurs. Since then, they have grown Transworld Business Advisors into the #1 business brokerage firm in the U.S. since 2016.

Outside of business, Al enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family. He and Jessica live in Dallas, TX, with their son Brix and their two dogs, Maverick and Scout.
