Al and his wife, Jessica Fialkovich, first experienced business ownership when they bought and sold their first company right out of college. That journey revealed the challenges alongside the opportunities of exiting a business, inspiring them to create a better, more strategic process for entrepreneurs. Since then, they have grown Transworld Business Advisors into the #1 business brokerage firm in the U.S. since 2016.

Al is a recognized leader in the M&A and brokerage industry, serving as a trusted advisor to both small business owners and middle-market enterprises. Under his leadership, they have expanded into Texas, Colorado, and Nevada, managing a team of 100+ professionals. His expertise in deal structuring, business valuation, and strategic growth has made him a sought-after partner for companies looking to scale or exit.

A firm believer in education and industry advancement, Al holds professional certifications as a CM&AA (Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor) and CBI (Certified Business Intermediary). He is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and The Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AMAA). Outside of business, Al enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and spending time with his family. He and Jessica live in Dallas, TX, with their son Brix and their two dogs, Maverick and Scout.
